CULTURE TYPOLOGIES
(a) Power cultures: have a single, dominant individual who exerts
their will;
controlling by recruiting those of a similar viewpoint; and operating
with the minimum of rules;
decisions are based on a balance of power rather than logic and there
is little emphasis on discussions in order to reach a consensus.
