• It seems that the MAIN cause of the
bus bunching problem seems to be
lack of TIME PUNCHUALITY and
SCHEDULE.
• Due to absence of schedule system
or lack of timely manners among the
bus drivers and coordinators the
problem of bus bunching arises.
• Not following the schedule or not
being on time leads to loss of the
most important aspect in today’s
world that is TIME.
• This problem is responsible for
wastage of more than 1000+ hours
preceded by loss of millions of
Dollars.

• Analyzing these problems indicates
various solutions to the problem.
• Also the analysis gives us an
overview of the options that can be
implemented to efficiently overcome
the problem.
• So, the analysis shows that a
proper and a well planned schedule
can effectively reduce the chaos
generated during the allotment of
the routes to the buses.
• The schedule also gives the bus
drivers a reference with the help
of which they can travel right
places at right time.
• Also TIMELY MANNERS are expected
from the driver’s side to make the
solution work more precisely.
SOLUTION
• After the analysis solutions are
generated which have capability to
solve the problem in every possible
manner.
• The first solution is a well
designed and well planned schedule
that contains brief information
about bus routes, bus stops, time
required to reach the destination,
driver and bus route allotment,
time allotment, etc.
• The second solution is a END-TO –
END driver-passenger interface
where the live location, bus
number, covered stops, yet to be
covered stops are displayed to the
passenger so that they don’t need
to face such problems.
