ASSESSMENT
DEFINITION : An exit assessment documents the health status of
an individual at the time of exiting employment, Prior to an
employee leaving the company.

-This is the way of verifying that the persons health does


not been adversely affected by their employment.

-This protects the employer and resources the employee


that their health has not been compromised during
their employment.

Exit assessment help to prove that the employee was not
ill or injured when leaving the company. It also help to
manage any clients if an employee is injured prior to leaving
this protect the employer and reassure the employee that there
health has not been compromised during employment.
