BASIC INFORMATIONS
All informations in this report are belong to only Voyix.

All months’ OBF and ELF rates have been calculated with the
new Global Repair Operations Metrics (RCN-1045).

The OBF rate has been calculated as % 0,98 for January there
are 2 OBF’s on January. Considering the whole year, the OBF
amount in January is below the average. OBF rate is below the
target.

ELF is below the target for JAN_2024 (%2,5) there are 5 ELF
units. ELF spare parts usage and failures are tracking by FEBA.

No issue on MTBR. Considering the whole year, MTBR is almost

the highest. MTBR is above the target for last 12 months.

Performance Analyses
Last 12 months FEBA have 23 OBFs totally. When we compare with the same time range for
between Feb22_ Jan23 there were 26 OBFs. There is decreasing for the OBFs and FEBA
tracking the situations for continuously. LCD monitor’s are created %85 of OBFs. All OBFs are
important and inspected by FEBA. But need to focus on LCD Monitor OBFs.

Explanation of Failure Class

DAMAGED Parts– Parts received with physical damage.
NFF – Defective unit is tested and no functional failure is found. DEF Unit is working.
FF(Functional Failure) – Defective Unit is tested and functional failure is found. DEF Unit is
not working (Sensor Failure, Motor Failure, Software Failure etc. . )

Engineering have been informed about situation.

• Interim Containment Plan

The request from field is «Unit must be send with Funnel»

FEBA Check the kit parts of 4970528876 when pricing. But parts are «Not Available or
Not on File». Due to this, price was given for only repair, kits are not included.

FEBA check after OBF highlighted. Kit parts are still «Not Available or Not on File».

23-999912458, 23-999912538 and 23-999912539 has been added to FEBA tracking

System.
Need advise about create CAPA now or after arrival of units to FEBA.

NCR have been informed about the OBF. Waiting information from NCR Service Desing

• Route Cause Analysis Action Plan

Parts are «Not Available or Not on File» in NCR WSL Data Warehouse.

• Short Term Corrective Action Plan

NCR have been informed about the OBF.

• Long Term Corrective Action Plan

FEBA in communication with manufacturer KingA Moulding. Only 1 part was produced
by KingA Mouldings, part was not funnel. FEBA working with NCR to find other
manufacturers of other spare parts.
