Introduction

 The project titled “STUDENT RESULT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is a web based application developed
to maintain the results of the students.

 This project contains three modules. Admin module, staff module and student module.

 This system saves the time of the students and the administrator.
Modules Discription

 Admin Login
Admin module is used to create and manage the subjects, classes , calculating grades and Add the students and
their results.
Admin should be able to create, modify, and deactivate user accounts for staff, teachers, and other admins.
 Staff login
Allow teachers to input and update student grades for the subjects they handle.
Define roles (e.g., teacher, administrator) with specific access permissions.
 Student login
The student can view the result and download the result.
Existing system

 Existing process of the getting information for the student is done manually.
 All the wanted information need to be provided by the administration.
DISADVANTAGES
 The student result management system is prone to hack.
 Administration cannot edit or modify scores after the deadline.
Proposed system

 In proposed system , Admin can add and modify the student records as per requirements.
 The student details can be easily maintained in this system.
 This application is flexible and can easily access by the student.
 So the time taken for getting the information will be reduces.
