Assembly

1. Clapper 的周向配合要求搭接超过 80% 。

2. 叶片轴向由锁片固定；
3. 叶片径向由高速磨床打磨转子到要求半径。
Inspection (L2)
L2.X Inspection as rotor assembly:

1. 整级 Clapper gap 合计 < 3.6 mm;

2. 每一对 Clapper ：
a. 相互接触不得小于 50%;
b. 不得重叠；
c. 不得有不规则磨损；
d. 硬涂层不得脱落。

Inspection (L3)
L3 Inspection as piece part:
1. 允许由接触产生的轻微磨损受。
（轻微磨损指接触面比新叶片更亮，但不可有涂层脱落）
2. Clapper 弦宽 > 49.07 mm.
若超出范围，考虑以下修理：
a. VRS6635 去涂层；
b. VRS6236 更换涂层；
c. VRS6616 焊接修理 Clapper 本体。

Repair – VRS6635 （去涂层）
1. 去涂层。
2. 尺寸检查：
a. Clapper 相对叶身位置（略）；
b. Clapper 弦宽在 48.638±0.003 mm 内；
3. 不满足尺寸要求：
执行 VRS6616 （焊接修理）；
4. 满足尺寸要求：
执行 VRS6236 （更换涂层）。

Repair – VRS6616 （焊接修理）
1. 车加工去除损伤（去除量 < 1.524 mm) ；
2. 叶片裂纹检测；
3. 尺寸检查：
Clapper 弦宽 > 45.618 mm. 若不满足，叶片报废 ;
4. 钛合金堆焊、硬度测试和车加工；
5. 目视和尺寸检查：
叶片其他尺寸（略）
Clapper 弦宽 < 48.659 mm, > 48.544 mm.
6. 喷涂层（ VRS6236 ）并涂 DFL 。

Repair – VRS6236 （更换涂层）
1. 去涂层；
2. Clapper 裂纹检测；
3. 尺寸检查
Clapper 其他尺寸（略 );
Clapper 弦宽 < 48.659 mm, > 48.544mm;
若弦宽不足，执行 VRS6616 焊接修理
4. 喷涂层；
5. 尺寸检查：
Clapper 弦宽在 49.148±0.075 mm 。
