Engagement We were engaged to perform a full scope of debt advisory activities which included the following:

• Initial testing of funders appetite and short listing of funders
• Process coordination and Q&A management
• Analysis of the term sheet responses received and support through the selection of a preferred funder
• Support through the lender’s due diligence
• Support through the negotiations and drafting of legal documentation
