• Estimated capital of our business is ₹55000.
• Estimated average purchase price is ₹1000-
₹1200.
• Estimated average profit per product is ₹500.
• The range of ₹1500-₹2500 have 15 models &
the range of ₹2500-₹4000 have 10 models.
• Minimum order quantity from the supplier is 4
set.

Process
We will receive order from our customer via our website, social
media handles, offline.
Threats
1. customers may not get the product as we don’t know the
product is available or not in suppliers warehouse.
Purchase of products form supplier
Process
When we get order from customer only then that product will
be purchased from the supplier at minimum order quantity.
Threats
1. Supplier order quantity may not match with our
estimation.
2. Supplier price may not match with our estimation.
3. The extra 3 set may remained.
Packaging of product
Process
We will add a comfortable insole (contains our branding )in the
shoe which give consumer maximum comfort. The product will
be packed with a high quality box companied with socks, key
chain and a welcome card in our community.
Deliver to the customer
The product will be delivered to the customer
by us or by some delivery partner.
Customer review
After delivery of the product we will take
review of the product from every customer
and post it in our social media and website.
