INTRODUCTION:

The automobile rental market in India is developing, with various

foreign and national companies entering the market in major cities,
creating new opportunities. Cars rental businesses provide a variety of
services to passengers, including transportation, special pick-up
services, corporate services, and much more. The primary activity
would be to schedule customers reservations and provide rental cars,
so we must be aware of the risks and rewards before entering the auto
rental business. Customers can rent a vehicle through both online and
offline.

Car rental services are increasing becoming the best substitute in moving from
one destination to another. If you are visiting the next city or state and want to
go home the next day, then car rental service is highly recommended that you
use the car rental service. If you are travelling for a couple of days, weeks, or
months, you will need a car for access and to move around with comfort and
flexibility. The rates of these services are according to the type of car you
choose, some of them are expensive as they contain all the different amenities.
Many people book a car in advance for their journeys, so there is no issue at the
last moment and the preferable vehicle is available for travelling purposes. You
can take assistance from online sites.
 Terms and conditions:

 The car must be operated and driven with great care. The renter shall be liable for all
damage to the car and injury sustained by the passengers caused by collision or
accident, which is not paid by the insurance company of the vehicle.
 In case of collision or accident , the rental must report it instantly to law enforcement
authorities and to the lessor, and must not leave the scene of the accident or collision
until such action has been taken and after the police has arrived on the scene.
 Rental shall return to the office of the lessor which has been agreed upon at the
beginning of the rental period, along with all tires, tools, accessories and equipments
in same condition as it was when received, through ordinary wear and tear is
accepted. Lessor may repossess the vehicle without notice at any time if it is illegally
parked, used in violation of law, against the terms of this agreement or is apparently
abandoned.
 If you want to rental a vehicle you have to summit your aadhar card , pan card etc.
 The renter has to agree to the written contract and fill up that contract to avail the
rental vehicles
 ABSTRACT OF THE PROJECT
Our aim is to design and create a data management system for a car rental
company. This enables admin car rent a vehicle that can be used by a customer
this system increase customers retention and simplify vehicle and staff
management in an efficient way. Thus the users will feel very easy too work on
it. The rental vehicle is being developed for customers, especially for who don`t
have their own vehicle and for the tourist as well. This will help to explore any
part of our state.
