OBJECTIVES

 To develop customer awareness about the products of NJ India Invest PVT. LTD. in

HOOGHLY.

 To participate in “Advisory Seminar” for insurance agents.

 To assess the customer perception about NJ products based on secret promotion.

 To assess the retail customer decision making criteria about investment.


METHODOLOGY
 The Study was done with the help of Primary data and Secondary data.

 Primary data were collected with the help of a structured questionnaire, Interview and Observation.

 For the purpose of the study convenience sampling was used.

 The sample divided into two unite: (i) Any Insurance Agent from any Organization. (ii) Any Retail Customer.

 Sample Size: 52 Insurance Agents and 55 Retail Customers.

 For data representation I use pic chart, bar chart, column chart.

 The statistical tool use in the study was mean and standard deviation.

 The Sampling area was Hooghly district.


FINDINGS
• From the above Study most of the Agents (42%) came from age boundary 41-50 years. And no response came from
age bellow 20 year.
• From the above Study it is seen that 40% Agents were in the bracket of graduate only 4% were in the bracket of
below secondary.
• From the above Study it is seen that 39 Agents sell insurance and 22 persons sell house loan and 9 Agents sell other.
• From the above Study it is seen that 30% Agents don’t know about NJ India Investment And 70% know about NJ
India Invest.
• From the above Study it is seen that product like PMS and COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES Agents engagement is
very low. Where more of Agents know about MFs and Equity.
• From the above Study it is seen that 77% Agents are like to work with NJ and 23% are don’t.
• From the above Study it is seen that the large no of Agent is interested to work with NJ because of well-known
company.
• From the above Study it is seen that the large number of Agents don’t think that NJ is a trust worthy Company.
•From the above Study it is seen that the 69% Agents are like to attend the meeting arrange by NJ.
FINDINGS
• From the above study it is seen that 31% retail Customer out of 55 are belong to age bracket of 31-40 years.
• From the above study it is seen that most of the retail Customer are graduate.
• From the above study it is seen that only 39% retail Customer are not buying financial products.
• From the above study it is seen that the 24% retail Customer response out 182 are prefer Insurance and 23% are prefer FD.
• From the above study it is seen that the 34 retail Customer response out 70 are arrange financial products Through Agents.
• From the above study it is seen that only 13% retail Customer are aware of the fact that since 1994 NJ Group caters financial
products.
• From the above study it is seen that the 58% retail Customer are Interested to buy financial products from NJ Investments.
• From the above study it is seen that the 21 and 16 retail Customer out of 23 are Interested to buy Mutual Fund and Equity from NJ
Investments.
•From the above study it is seen that the 25 Retail Customer out of 32 are don’t know about NJ India Investment.
• From the above study it is seen that the 69% Retail Customer are like to attend the meeting arrange by NJ.
RECOMENDATIONS
From the above survey and after analyze data, a concrete interpretation and recommendation required to justify
the entire project report here are the details recommendation as follows:
From the survey and the interpretation of data, more than half of respondence are not aware of Mutual Funds due to lack of
financial literacy, in order to acquire more customer base, it has importance to create a financial awareness through
awareness programmed. NJ should follow this way to acquired more customer. more than half of respondence doesn’t
aware about NJ India Invest Pvt. Ltd. so they need to focus on little bit more on their brand awareness. In order to increase
brand awareness of NJ, they need reached in mass and create more awareness towards the brand. NJ needs to open more
branches in rural areas for convenience to those people lived in rural areas. As NJ is very old Wealth Management
Company and has a strong market holding position. Therefore, NJ should maintain the existing performance level. Among
the all-wealth management companies NJ have very good customer service and has strong hand holding bond with their
partners in order to maintain that in long term NJ should build more trust, in that way they will gets more partners.
CONCLUSION
The summer internship is a valuable learning experience. It gives an insight about the
organization, the kind of work and the people involved in it and how business work During internship I
have initially faced a lot of different tasks which helps a person build good relationship at the workplace.
In spite of the bleak and grim outlook the future of capital market is growing at a very high pace. Taking
these things into consideration there are lots of opportunity for the Investment advisory service providers
which already exist and which are due to enter in the Indian market. The Investment manager are also
trying their best in giving more return to the investors by allocating the fund in a most suitable way.
There is little awareness about Equity and Mutual funds in India. People have accepted it as one of the
major investment avenues. As people have entered in this particular investment avenue, they have lost
money because of movement in the market which is below the par value and this has shaken the faith of
investors in this particular avenue.
Financial service company and NJ India has emerged a very strong player in the field of
distribution of financial product it is giving stiff competition to all players. If the progress of NJ goes in
the same way, then it will emerge as a major player in the Capital market. They have much more
potential to expand their business. Comparing to other investment avenues, investing in something is lot
more profitable. So, everybody should invest a part of their income in this avenue for creation of wealth
and preservation too.
