Introduction
 Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are employer-sponsored initiatives
designed to support employees in addressing personal and work-related
challenges.
 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a wellness management program
designed to assist:
1. Employees in resolving workplace and personal problems that adversely affect the
employee’s performance.

2. Companies drive efficiency and profitability by driving improved staff focus, efficiency
and productivity.
 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) approaches wellness, behavioural health,
