Time Management
• Break the thesis into parts
• Backwards planning – Start from the deadline and plan backwards,
giving yourself intermediary deadlines.
• Reflection: set a goal for writing sessions and monitor progress
weekly. Adjust accordingly.
• Daily short practice (!!!!!!!). Schedule & Protect time.
• Pomodoro technique. Write in 25 (or 45 minute chunks). Hard to do
more than 45 minutes of writing per day when working/attending
class. Hard to do more than 3-4.5 hours of writing per day when not
working/attending class.
