excel sheet
 STEP 2: Click on
excel to open excel
file
 STEP 3: Click on
life_expectancy file
to open
 STEP 4: Click on
field names are in
first row
STEP 5: select all
columns except
first column
 STEP 5: right click on first column
header where arrow is showing and
following option will be available

STEP 6: then click on Pivot option

After clicking on pivot table u
will get table as shown in
figure

Step 7: rename pivot field as

to know what they are
representing …right click on
column header and select
rename option

Rename 2 column to- Years

Rename 3 column to – Life
expectancy
 Step 8: As done above with excel
sheet perform same action with
other 2 data sheet by adding to new
data source and make similar pivot
table with the rename option
 Click on show me
button and select map
