REVIEW OF LITERATURE
A literature review on the performance appraisal
system at ICICI Bank would involve a
comprehensive analysis of existing studies,
articles, and publications related to performance
appraisal systems, specifically focusing on
ICICI Bank. Results indicated that private
sector bank employees perceive greater
fairness and satisfaction with their
performance appraisal system as compared
to public sector bank employees. The
findings also indicate significant difference
in the developmental climate prevailing in
software and manufacturing organizations

purpose of conducting a study. In the
