I chose to talk about a northeastern town in the bizerte governate

and that is « rafraf ».it’s a great location only 1h15mns away from
tunisia if you take the bus, that you can visit at anytime of the year,
although it’s more preferable that you go in summer, when you can
enjoy its sea, rent a small boat from the local merchants and navigate
to the small island »le7meri » not too far from the shore, where you
can have an enjoyable barbecue among friends or family. And if
you’re lucky enough you might get the chance to see the dolphins
that occasionnally pass from there.on the other hand,if you go in
winter, even if there are limited activities that you can do, you will
surely enjoy a breathtaking scenery of the snow covering the trees
and roads . And if you want to stay far from the tourists, there are a
lot of locations only known by the locals like the beach « ras etarf »
that you will have to cross a small forest in order to reach it,and once
you do you will find yourself facing a vast beach with only a few
people enjoying it , and on some rare occasions you may find yourself
swimming among tiny harmless jellyfishs. Another common thing yet
still unknown by tourits are water sources coming directly from the
mountains, locals chose to leave them on their natural state and not
make any business from them even though their water have a lot of
healing characteristics, you can find them nearly everywhere but
they’re more common near the sea and a lot of tourists use their
water to bathe after swimming.
during your trip, although there aren’t any hotels to stay in,houses to
rent are common there , and you can find all types from the middle
class ones to the fancy ones with a fascianting view on the sea ,far
from all the noise.and While you’re there you can’t miss the
opportunity to taste their unique figs ,pears and grapes all chemicals
free or eat from their traditional « kaskrout lablebi » that is not filled
with lablebi.
