Medical negligence, also known as medical malpractice, refers to the failure of a
healthcare professional to provide the standard of care that a reasonably competent
and skilled medical professional would have provided under similar circumstances.

These lead to substandard care and patient harm, and the doctor is held guilty
Misdiagnosis
A patient was misdiagnosed by a doctor due to wrong subject knowledge ,
completely different diagnosis of the condition resulted in wrong treatment plan
Surgical error
A patient had to undergo critical situation due to error by operating doctor. The
surgical procedure was not performed properly
Medication error
A patient is in critical situation due to wrong combination of medicines
Communication error

A patient is suffering due to miscommunication between doctor and him. The


doctor failed to enquire about allergy
