What is RA. 7877?
Republic Act 7877, also known as the
Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995, is a law aims
to protect individuals from sexual harassment in the
workplace and in educational or training institutions.

Sexual harassment as defined, is any


unwanted sexual advance, request for sexual favors,
or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature
that affects a person's employment, education, or
training.
