to patient, fill out all the paper work (Operative Evaluation
Form)
Place patient in operating position, confirm diagnosis and
treatment plan.
When you are ready, request starting check from instructor
(turn red light on).
ABSOLUTELY NO anesthetic should be given before
starting check is granted.
