Logging Information
Firefighter gathers logging information from the following: Statistical Records/User Activities (STAT) The SAP Systems log activities categorized by transaction and user in statistical records. Change Documents (CDHDR) Change documents, are captured in this table. Transactions All transactions that are successfully entered are reported (whether any updates were made or not). Programs Executed If transactions SA38 or SE38 are executed and a program is run, the program name will be reported.

FireFighter IDs
Its a user ID with specific roles that allow FireFighter to perform required tasks. FireFighter IDs are assigned to FireFighters to enable FireFighters to perform the tasks for which they are not usually authorized to.

FF Table Administration
Assigning Firefighter IDs to Owners Table used: Owners
There can be only one Owner for each Firefighter ID(5.2) / 5.3 we have multiple owners. Owners can be assigned multiple Firefighter IDs. Firefighter ID Owners can assign their Firefighter IDs to Firefighters and Controllers
Steps:
Click Firefighters table on the Firefighter toolbar Click New Entries. Enter/Select the Firefighter ID Enter/Select the Firefighter Enter the date range to keep the Firefighters account active. Click the Save button

Controllers can have Log Reports emailed as attachments each time the /VIRSA/ ZVFATBAK background job is run. A Controller can be responsible for more than one Firefighter ID. A Firefighter ID can be assigned to multiple Controllers. Two emails are generated by Firefighter, Login Notification and Log report in the persons

Click Security table on the Firefighter toolbar Click New Entries. Enter/Select the Firefighter ID Enter the password in the Password column. Click the Save button

Click Reason Code table on the Firefighter toolbar Click New Entries. Enter the Reason Code Use the description field to describe the Reason Code. Click the Save button

Steps: Click New entries. Enter the transaction code in the Transaction Code column. Enter a description in the Transaction Text column. Click the Save button.
Assignment
The assignments are done the same way as done in user based FF with the difference being that we dont require a FF Id to assign to a FF instead a FF Role is assigned to a FF, thus the FF user can log into the application and perform the FF functions using the role assigned to it.
