In my neighbourhood a lot of tomato can be use to be ones of variant foods , so thats is my opportinity to Help my familiy wellfare

Market observation This step to get market information what people want and needs. Business Analyzed This step is to make sure that we don t get bad business and waste the market information

Materials of Tokur
1. materials fresh tomato 2 kg raw sugar kg javanese sugar kg Kapur sirih 400 gram (+4 sponfull) water

Process of production
Pick up tomato as similar size. Cut in to four pieces than get out for the seeds after that clean in to water. Fill the tomato in to kapur sirih water let them go for one night. Fill sugar in to the pan and get on the fire. Mix tomato to the sugar boilling water. Bring it to direct sun light for three days. Tokur is ready to packing.

Lower price cause take a thin margin from the cost so from lower profit the targets is volume of selling with assumption we get a active cash flow Distribution by the selling-in with outlet and make them alliance strategic giving them discount policy make them playing double roles for us ones as agent of selling and for the agent of promotion at the other side.

Promotion
Doing promotion by giving the store brochure and promotion by word of mouth or media getok tular in javanese language. Giving product sample for the store

Conclusion
