FINDINGS AND ANALYSIS


1. The payments from the clients are delayed since it caters to government sector at large for e.g. (Indian railways) and the trade is on order basis. 2. Employee turnover is high.
3. Kineco does not have an employee union. 4. All the departments had interdependent functions, meaning the functions of one department depended on the other.

SUGGESTIONS
1. Company should have reserves to anticipate late payment from clients as they cant ask for payments as they have to be cordial with their clients. 2. Company should have award and felicitation programs to felicitate oldest employees and award best efficiency workers. So that employees feel appreciated and increase their morale. This will help curb employee turnover. 3. We would suggest them to have 3600 appraisal where in the employee is assessed from their managers, peers, subordinates and customers. This forms a good communication pattern
