 Finished 1st @Gr Houston Athletic Trainers Student Trainer Workshop  All-State Academic Athletic AllTrainers---Trainers---- Devin Hruska,Jennifer Scamardo, and Allie Slavinsky  Hruska was 5th out of 1200 in the taping contst at Cy Springs H. S.

CONGRATS SOPHIA & KATHERINE


 Sophia Wen Chu has been selected as a recipient of the 2011-2012 2011National NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing. She is among 35 young women selected from a pool of 1177 applications.  Katherine Yun-Jie Tsai is a National Yunrunner up for the same award.

SENIOR ASSEMBLY
 auditorium TODAY  at the start of 3rd period  presentation/assembly with Balfour regarding graduation announcements, etc.

3rd Annual High School Quiz Bowl Contest nd  Thursday, February 2  6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  at Wheeler Field House  Come out and cheer them on  WE ARE DEFENDING CHAMPS

SCHOOL POLICY
 Students are not allowed to order out for lunch.  Deliveries made by anyone other than a parent will not be accepted.  Parents may bring food to their student(s) during their lunch period.

 Other deliveries such as textbooks , clothing , homework, etc. may be taken to front office to be picked up by student.  Deliveries of birthday balloons, flowers and other items for celebrations will not be accepted.

SEMESTER TEXTBOOKS MUST BE TURNED IN  LATE FEES HAVE STARTED

 Late fees will be $1.00 per book/per day up to a maximum of $20.00 per book. Students will not receive their textbooks for Spring one semester courses until they have returned or paid for textbooks from their Fall one semester courses.

 Please return textbooks from dropped courses to the Upstairs Library during finals or to Ms. Heiser in the Upstairs Administration Office.
