Negative and Positive Effects of Conflict  Different people see the things differently.  conflict is inevitable (unavoidable). Negative Effects: among the disadvantages it s the one, unfair fighting methods and focus on Hurting each other. Positive Effects: among the advantages it s the one forces you to examine the problem and work towards a potential solution.
