Widest range of smartphones At the lowest prices without compromising the quality. Galaxy SII with its great success made high waiting for the next product from SAMSUNG.

Second position in the worldwide Smartphone market. Of course the brand name. Aamir Khan association with SAMSUNG Mobiles. Bluetooth connectivity available (absent in Apple IPHONE4) Lesser restrictions Launches in India at the time of worldwide launching (unlike Apple products)

Still needs strong steps to get over the image of Nokia which is in the Indian minds.

Need some new design features. Touch Sensitivity is another feature the company needs to work upon.

Wider network of service centers and faster service is needed.
