VISION First, the high growth scenario with average annual growth rate of 12%-In this case, growth trajectory remains same, at 12%. This could be because of supply side push of low cost apparel from China, Bangladesh, Vietnam and other emerging suppliers. Under this scenario, world apparel exports would be worth US$ 854 bn by 2015. Second, a moderate growth scenario with average annual growth rate of 8%-Moderation due to recession in 2008 & 2009 as also possibility of market saturation can result in growth of 8%. Under this scenario, world apparel exports would be worth US$ 640 bn by 2015 MISSION To combine aggressive strategic marketing with quality products and services at competitive prices to provide the best insurance value for consumers. Growing Industry World textile trade would continue to grow at a rate of 3-4% to re Import substitution. Pakistan imports machinery worth approximately US $ 600 million annually for textiles only.ach $200-210 billon by 2010 Integration of Information technology India has the opportunity to increase its UVRs (Unit Value Realization) through moving up the value chain by producing value added products and by producing more and more technologically superior products.

Threats Competition from countries like India & China, which have more advanced engineering technology base. 2. Lagging in technology, hence producing substandard goods that hamper consumer perception about local engineering products. 3. Non-organized manufacturing and vendor base and unhealthy competition. 4. Uncertainty in inputs costs 5. Allowance of duty free textile machinery. 6. Increasing duties on import of machinery / tools used in manufacturing of textile machinery and parts 7. High dependence on single supplier of raw material i.e. Pakistan steel

FINDINGS The company is not having a strong marketing and HR department because they have their own buyers and do not need to marketwise there product and on the other hand for stitching of cloths only trained tailors will be taken so HR is less required. Unitex Apparels are in a good position in manufacturing of clothes as they have very big brands contracts like Levis, Zara fashions etc. Within the organization upper management people maintain a good and satisfactory relationship among the workers, employers, employees and permanent staff. SUGGETIONS The company can think of recruiting more no of people under all departments like packaging and ironing and stitching. It will help them to increase their production efficiency and marketing department will leads to better scope for market wise their product among the private customers. The company should think about the training & development centers within the organization where they can improve the performance of the labors by providing proper training.

CONCLUSION

UNITEX APPARELS PVT LTD is a private company, and is a successful organization compiling with its own code of conduct and the legal requirements set by the government .the company is under utilizing its capacity so the company can think of recruiting more workers so there is full capacity utilization & the production is based on new technology which leads to less wastes in the production process .Consumer awareness of its products is very less and it is not required also because they have their own buyers . Its products are available easily in all their showrooms in all over India with different range style and variety. The organization is growing consistently.
