1.2 About HTML:-
HTML, or Hypertext Markup Language, is the standard markup language used to create and design web pages. It forms the
backbone of every web page, defining the structure and content of a webpage through a series of elements and tags. HTML
allows web designers to format text, add images, create hyperlinks, embed multimedia content, and structure the layout of a
webpage.
HTML is a markup language, meaning it consists of a set of predefined tags that are used to define different elements within a
webpage. These tags are enclosed in angle brackets ("<>" symbols) and come in pairs: an opening tag and a closing tag, with
content nested between them. Opening tags indicate the beginning of an element, while closing tags signal the end of the
element.
For example:
<!DOCTYPE html> declares the document type and version of HTML being used.
<html> is the root element that encapsulates the entire HTML document.
<head> contains meta-information about the document, such as the title.
<title> sets the title of the webpage (displayed in the browser's title bar or tab).
<body> contains the visible content of the webpage.
<h1> and <p> are heading and paragraph elements, respectively, used to structure and format the content.

1.3 About CSS:-
CSS, or Cascading Style Sheets, is a style sheet language used to describe the presentation of a document written in
HTML or XML. In simpler terms, CSS controls how HTML elements are displayed on a webpage, determining their
appearance, layout, and style.
CSS allows web developers to separate the content of a webpage (defined in HTML) from its presentation (defined in
CSS), resulting in cleaner, more maintainable code. By applying CSS rules to HTML elements, developers can specify
properties such as color, font size, spacing, alignment, background images, borders, and more.
CSS operates on a cascading principle, meaning that multiple style rules can be applied to the same element, with the
final appearance determined by a hierarchy of specificity and inheritance. This allows for greater flexibility and
control over the styling of web content.
CSS can be applied to HTML documents in various ways, including inline styles, internal stylesheets, and external
stylesheets. Inline styles are applied directly within HTML elements using the style attribute, internal style sheets are
defined within the <style> element in the <head> section of an HTML document, and external stylesheets are separate
CSS files linked to HTML documents using the <link> element.
Overall, CSS is an essential component of web development, enabling designers and developers to create visually
appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites by controlling the layout and presentation of web content.

•Originally developed by Brendan Eich at Netscape in 1995, JavaScript has since become one of the core technologies of the
World Wide Web, alongside HTML and CSS. It is supported by all modern web browsers and can be used in conjunction with
HTML and CSS to create dynamic and interactive web pages.
