CONCEPTS IMPLEMENTATION
Personnel are required to move to, and evacuate from the temporary refuge (TR).  Accident on one of the platforms, leaves some or all the platform cut-off from the TR.  As a result, personnel could evacuate from a maximum of five possible locations (Evacuation Points)
