Research Methodology

Research Methodology is away to systematically solve the research problem. It may be understood as a science of studying how research is done scientifically. Researchers also need to understand the assumptions underlying various techniques and they need to know the criteria by which they can decide that certain techniques and procedures will be applicable to certain problems.

Research Design
A research design is the arrangement of condition for collection and analysis of data . This speaks about the decisions regarding what, where, when, how much, by what means concerning an inquiry or a research study. In constitutes the blueprint for the collection, measurement and analysis of data.

Descriptive
Descriptive research includes surveys and fact findings enquires of different kinds. The major purpose of descriptive research is description of the state of affairs as it exits at present. The main characteristic of this method is that the researcher has no control over the variables. He can only report what has happened or what is happening

Sample Size: The survey consists of 120 employees of 32% sample size of the population. Total Population 400 120

Primary Data This refers to data collected by the researcher from their original sources. This study is based on primary data. 2.3 LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

The study is carried only on the basis of data collected from employee of Agnite education limited The information given by the employee may be subjective to extent.

Some of the respondents were hesitating to co-operate as they believe that the information given by them may be used against them in future. The information given by the employee may be subjective to extent. Time constraints the duration of the training was short due to which it was difficult to collect data.

ANALYSIS

According to the Consolidated - Audited financial statement for the Year 2010, total net operating revenues decreased -86.51%, from INR 3,063 tens of millions to INR 413.06 tens of millions. Operating result decreased from INR 99.77 tens of millions to INR 50.51 tens of millions which means -49.37% change. The net income of the period reached INR -14.73 tens of millions at the end of the period against INR 46.06 tens of millions last year. Return on equity (Net income/Total equity) went from 6.97% to -2.13%, the Return On Asset (Net income / Total Asset) went from 3.35% to -1.16% and the Net Profit Margin (Net Income/Net Sales) went from 1.50% to -3.57% when compared to the same period last year. The Debt to Equity Ratio (Total Liabilities/Equity) was 183.99% compared to 208.09% the previous year. Finally, the Current Ratio (Current Assets/Current Liabilities) went from 2.80 to 2.21 when compared to the previous year.
