Problem Faced By Working Women

Introduction:
Rights of women are institutionalized, ignored or suppressed by law, local custom and behavior in a particular society. Working women has to face lot of problems due to their job but still they are working. Instead of encouraging women society always discourages them. Women usually face controversies at work. Sometime women decision to work is not even supported by their own family. Every man has the same perception that women are not capable enough to deal with higher projects and difficult task. Women are always underestimated. Why they are mistreated and why people cannot give them the position and the respect which they fully deserve.

Research Questions:

Is the society gender bias? Are women treated fairly at work? Does men always given priority over women? Why working women are not getting the respect which they deserve? Do you think the unfairness of the society is weakening the strength of the women?

Methodology:

The study adopt surveys method as mean of enquiry. The study adopt questionnaire as a mean of enquiry. All the second and the third year BBA student studying business administration comprise the population of the study.

3rd semester majority of the student who said yes were girls. In 4th semester number student who said yes and no were equal number. In 5th semester 7 students said yes and 3 students said no.

Recommendations

It is recommended to policy maker and it will assist them in developing gender sensitive policy. It is recommended to the society that they should give women all the rights which they truly deserve. It is recommended to the families that they should support and respect the women decision to work. It is recommended to all the working men that at work or in the office they should treat the women who are their co-worker just as they treat their sister, friend, daughter and mother. It is recommended to the government that they should take the strict action on those people who do wrong with working women and they should open such centers which will fight for the rights of women. Government should provide the working women with all the comforts and facilities.
