Necessity for ratification=55 countries, 141 countries for ratification are way over it 141 countries are mostly developing country Developing country offers credit for air pollution
Kyoto is only at the first step It is preparation for future Global warming is destroying ecosystem
Developed and industrial countries are not involving Kyoto Protocol The countries matter most for global warming are those who are not signing in yet Without those countries involving, Kyoto Protocol does not work
Countries have other things to care about Kyoto just slows the growth rate of GHG emission Kyoto is too rash and vague
