is an Early Years Practitioner but has recently been asked more often to cover in the office , carry
out office tasks, answer the phone and administer medication.

• One day her early years supervisor calls her over and asks her if she can work in the office at the
end of the day . Chloe does not say anything in front of the children but is angry about
repeatedly being asked; she the has to work beyond her contracted hours and is taken away from
her own job role .
• She goes to speak to her early years supervisor as soon as she can . She reacts angrily to what
has been asked of her , casusing her to say some things she regrets .
