Using Computers Properly


Computer Use
Since computers have become part of our daily activities,
spending too much time using them can badly affect us in
many ways.

1. Sitting too long in an awkward or improper posture can result


in bad posture. This can badly affect our spine, muscles, and
joints.
2. Misusing the keyboard and mouse can result in
hand injuries.
3. Staring too long at the screen can cause eye strain.
We will
get a headache, blurry vision, and redness of the
eyes.
4. Eating junk food while using the computer along
with lack of
physical activity can lead to obesity.
5. Too much playing of computer games and other
entertainment applications can leave less time

To apply balance, we should:
1. Set time limit and have breaks in
between.
2. Spend more time with our family and
friends to
do enjoyable activities together.
