Please confirm with the company the exact amount pre-booking. 2. Kindly issue the cheque or a bankers cheque in favor of Xrbia Hinjewadi Developers P Ltd. The payment may be made at any of our sales centers. 3. The price offered is valid only till 4th August 2012. 4. We reserve the right to cancel this booking if the buyer is unable to complete the process of financing the house within 30 days from the date of booking. 5. The company currently offers a 20:80 scheme, known as ADF for housing finance in cooperation with its certain housing finance companies. The company does not accept any bookings outside this scheme. The buyer may call the contact centre for details of this scheme or download it online from www.xrbia.com along with the names of the lending banks. 6. Cancellation fee: The cancellation fee for all transaction is Rs 25,000/-(Rs twenty five thousand) per house booked. The company reserves the right to refund the booking amount from the forward sale of the house. 7. You must peruse our model sales agreement available online and get satisfied. 8. Floor Rise is Rs 75 psf on a carpet basis from the 4th floor upwards. 9. The township has received an exemption of 50% on stamp duty from the government which has been passed on to the buyers. All taxes mentioned herein are provisional and may change per government order. 10. Flats that have lake views, forest view, garden facing etc will be charged a premium of 10%. 11.
