With due reverence, without prejudice to any other remedy contained in any other law, it is brought in to your notice that Mr. . S/O . R/O .. bearing Telephone Number ..- is the co-owner of an Institution: .t, Allamma Iqbal Town, Lahore-1444444-A Block -P Block Gulberg IV, Lahore along with his partner S/O.; they engaged me to teach subjects: (1) Business & Labor Law (2) Taxation Management to the Students of MBA against the value of Rs. 120,000 and thereto they issued a cheque of Rs.45000 in my favor which was dishonored due to insufficiency of funds in the account; in-fact it is a criminal misappropriation of the amount; it is alleged that flawless services were rendered but the respondents obnoxious behavior have created a serious turmoil in the daily life of the applicant.

You are requested to lodge an FIR against the above mentioned under 489 F and any other provision of PPC; attested copy of the cheque is attached for your perusal and record.
