The Applicant named above respectfully begs to submit as

under:-

1. That the Applicant is law abiding citizen of Pakistan

residing at the above mentioned address, within the

Jurisdiction of this Honourable Court.

2. That the applicant is running slipper with name and style

Habi-ur –Rehman Chappal Shop situated at Sire ghat

Hyderabad.
3. That the applicant and family bear depend on this chappal

business and applicant has no criminal record.

4. That the nephew of applicant involved in criminal activities

and he gave heavy loss to the applicant and his family due

to his bad habits his father Khalil-ur- Rehman Auq

(withdraw) him from all kind and all properties and his

illegal record is also available on record.

5. That thereafter applicant calculated with his brother and

started separately business from his brother and such

record is also available.

6. That now proposed accused persons continuously visiting

at the flat and shop of applicant and harassing and

continuously threatening and harassing to the applicant

and his family and his worker.

7. That the proposed accused is threaten to the applicant that

amount lying towards the nephew of applicant same was

return to us thereafter applicant disclosed all real facts but

they did not understood and threaten to the applicant.

8. That the proposed accused is issuing serious nature threats

to the applicant that they will kidnapped the applicant and

demanding illegal money from applicant.

9. That applicant moved an application to respondent No.1

SSP Hyderabad, but no any fruitful result applicant avail till
yet.( photo copy of application is move to respondent
No.1 is attached herewith).
10. That the private respondents have created such hard
situation which cannot be faced by the applicant and his
family members in ordinary manners.
11. That in the light of aforementioned circumstances, there is
no any other alternate remedy available to the Applicant
except to approach this Honorable Court.

12. That the further/additional grounds will be agitated at the

time of hearing of this application, with graceful permission
of this Honorable Court.

13. That therefore the Applicant respectfully prays as under:-

PRAYER
a) That this Honorable Court may be pleased direct the

respondent No.1 & 2 to ensure/provide protection of life,

honor, prestige and property to the Applicant against the

sheer highhandedness of the above named accused

persons;

b) That this Honorable Court may be pleased to direct the

respondent No.1 & 2 to furnish their statement before

this Honorable Court that they will not harass the

applicant and his family in any form of manifestation;

c) That this Honorable Court may be pleased to grant any

other relief which the Honourable Court deems fit and

proper in view of the above facts to be granted in favor of

the Applicant.

Muslim, R/O Flat No. 3, 3rd Floor beside the Revari Sheermal
Prince Ali Road, Heerabad, Hyderabad, do hereby state on oath
as under:-
1. That I am Applicant in the above matter and well
conversant with the facts of the matter.
2. That accompanying application U/S 22 A & B 6 (iii) Cr.PC
has drafted and being moved under my instruction,
contents thereof are correct and may kindly be read and
treaded as part and parcel of this affidavit for the sake of
brevity.
3. That whatever stated above is true and correct to the best of
my knowledge and belief.
