The humble appellant above named respectfully submits as under:

1. That the humble appellant was tried by Ld. Additional session Judge,
____ for the offense u/s ________ and on conviction, sentenced to
undergo Imprisonment _5 Years ; vide order dated _28/01/2022.
2. That the respondent agreed to purchase the property without any
coercion and undue influence.

3. That the respondent wanted to purchase a property in India and she


did the same with the help of the appellants by sharing her bank account details
which was used to make the transaction.

4. That being aggrieved by the conviction, the appellant wish to submit the
following grounds :

GROUNDS : –

1. It was nowhere stated that the appellants had to pay back the
respondent as she wanted to buy the property for herself and it was
bought under her name.
2. That the registrations of properties had been delayed due to the
ongoing pandemic and the papers of the purchased property would
be provided as soon as the pandemic situation allowed for it along
with the bank statements which would be provided when proof of
registration has been submitted to the bank.
3. The appellant is innocent and conviction against him/her is
unlawful/wrong.

PRAYER

In view thereof it is most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to

1. Admit the appeal and call for record for the perusal and of hearing
the counsel for appellant.
2. Set-aside the conviction and sentence passed against the appellant
and he be acquitted.
3. To pass any other order which this Hon’ble court deem fit and proper
in the circumstances and in the interest of justice.
It is further prayed that pending final disposal of present appeal, this Hon’ble
court please the appellant on bail and suspend the sentence passed against the
appellant.

For which act of kindness the humble appellant shall ever remain thankful to this
Hon’ble court.
