Most respectfully showeth :-

1- That the above-mentioned matter is pending before this Ld. Court and is

fixed for 30.09.2022.

2- That the Complainant and Respondent have arrived at settlement dated

03.03.2022 and have amicably and voluntarily settled all their

matrimonial disputes.

3- That Complainant and Respondent No.1 filed a joint petition under

section 13-B(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 titled as “Neha Kumar

vs Mohinder Pratap Singh” which was allowed by the Ld. Family Court,
Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, New Delhi which was allowed by the Ld.

Court vide order dated 03.06.2022.

4- That now as per the settlement dated 03.03.2022, Complainant want to

withdraw the above-mentioned case from this Hon’ble Court.

PRAYER

In the view of the submissions, made hereinabove, it is, therefore,

most respectfully prayed that this Ld.Court may kindly be pleased

to:-

a) to dismiss as withdrawn the above-mentioned case in the interest of

justice.

b) Any other or further orders as this Ld.Court may deem to fit and

proper under the facts and circumstances of the present case may

also be passed in favour of either of the parties.

matrimonial disputes.

3. That Complainant and Respondent No.1 filed a joint petition under

section 13-B(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 titled as “Neha Kumar


vs Mohinder Pratap Singh” which was allowed by the Ld. Family Court,

Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, New Delhi which was allowed by the Ld.
