Cr.P.C for grant of Regular Bail to the

applicant/accused

Sir,

The applicant/accused respectfully submits as

under:-

1. That the police of PS Banur have falsely

implicated the applicant/accused in the above

noted false case.

2. That the applicant/accused is innocent and no

offence has been committed by the

applicant/accused and a false case has been

planted upon him.

3. That the police of PS Banur have arrested the

applicant/accused and he is in judicial custody

since 07.04.2023.
4. That the applicant/accused has not committed any

offence as per prosecution story. It is matter

of evidence that the applicant/accused has

committed any offence or not.

5. That the applicant/accused has been involved in

the case and the name of the applicant/accused

is not mentioned in the said FIR and the

applicant/accused has no role to play in the

alleged occurrence.

6. That the police have taken the signatures of the

applicant/accused on blank papers and later-on

converted into various memos which are not

admissible by as per the Evidence Act.

7. That the applicant/accused belongs to

respectable family.

8. That bail is rule and denial exception in such

type of cases.

9. That the applicant/accused is ready to abide by

all the terms and conditions as may be imposed

by the Ld Court while granting the bail to the

applicant/accused.

10. That the applicant/accused undertakes that he

will not misuse the concession of bail, if

granted and will appear on each and every date

of hearing before the trial court.

11. That the applicant/accused is ready to furnish

bail/surety bonds to the entire satisfaction of

this Hon’ble Court.

12. That this is the first bail application ever

filed and no such bail application is

filed/pending or decided by any court of law,

except this one.

It is, therefore, prayed that the application

may kindly be accepted and the applicant/accused may

kindly be released on regular bail till the decision

of the case, in the interest of justice.

I, Ajay son of Pala Ram R/o H. No. 211, Ward No.
4, Banur, Chhat, SAS Nagar, Mohali (PB) do hereby
solemnly affirm and declares as under:-
1. That the deponent is the permanent resident of
above mentioned address and is the real son of
the applicant/accused.
2. That this is the first bail application ever
filed in the present case on behalf of the
applicant/accused and no such bail application
is decided/filed or pending in any court of law,
