Most Respectfully Showeth:

1. That the aforesaid FIR is/was under investigation by the

police officials of PS, Vikaspuri

2. That in the meantime the theft of article/Mobile had

recovered by the IO of the said police station and it was
intimated by the IO to the Applicant and Applicant asked
about return of the said article, then the IO stated to the
Applicant to get an order from the concerned Court on
Superdarinama.

3. That the Applicant/Owner wants to take Mobile Phone with

the permission of this Hon’ble Court on Superdarinama.
Hence, this Application.
4. That the Applicant undertakes to abide by the terms and
conditions imposed by the Hon’ble Court. The Photocopy of
the bill is and ID proof of the Applicant is annexed herewith
for kind perusal.

PRAYER

It is most respectfully prayed that Hon’ble Court

may kindly be pleased to release the said Mobile (MOBILE
PHONE No.9971907124, One plus 7 (Mirror Grey, Model
2019) on Superdari to the Applicant/Owner/Authorized
person in the interest of justice.
