MAY IT PLEASE THIS HONBLE COURT:

The Applicant above-named begs to state as under:

1) The Applicant states that this Honble Court was pleased to

direct the Applicant to pay costs of Rs. 500/- to the Legal

Services Authority, Mumbai vide the Order dated 05.10.2017.

2) The Applicant has accordingly made the payment of the said

cost to the said Legal Services Authority, Mumbai and the

Applicant is annexing herewith the copy of the receipt no.

2398501 received in this regard.

3) The Applicant states that he was out of town on family work and

contracted a stomach infection and was indisposed for the last

month. The Applicant therefore was unable to give instructions

and hence, the Applicants Affidavit-in-Lieu of Examination-in-

Chief could not be finalized.

4) The Applicant states that the Applicant therefore craves the kind

indulgence of this Honble Court for an adjournment so as to

enable the Applicant to file his Affidavit. The Applicant states

that if such an adjournment is not granted, then irreparable

harm, loss, prejudice and injury will be occasioned to the

Applicant.

5) The Applicant therefore prays that this Honble Court may

kindly be pleased to grant an adjournment as prayed.
