    Open House Checklist


    ___ Please find the desk with your name on it. ___ Please ask your parents to fill out the student information sheet. ___ While your parents are hard at work on the information sheet, please place your supplies in your desk. Kleenex and notebook paper go on the marked table Glue and watercolors go in the blue labeled bins

    ___ Please enjoy the Back to School poem with your parents. ___ The popcorn and bookmark are yours to keep. Please feel free to take the popcorn home, but leave the bookmark in your desk to use later this week. ___ Feel free to take some time to look around our new classroom and if you get a chance, stop by and see your math teacher Mrs. Fields, and your Social Studies/Science teacher Mr. Hanney.
