    12-86970 On September 3, 2012, at 2:10 am, Officers from the Grand Rapids Police Department responded to the area of Burton St. SW and Division Ave. on the report of a disturbance with gunshots heard in the area. Upon arrival, Officers located 3 victims on Burton St. west of Division. Two (2) of the victims were pronounced dead at the scene from gunshot wounds. The third victim suffered a gunshot wound to the face and was transported to a local hospital for treatment, and is listed in serious condition. The names of the victims are not being released pending positive identification and notification of family. The suspect is described as a Black Male, medium build, wearing a white shirt with horizontal stripes and a white fishing style hat. The Grand Rapids Police Department Major Case Team is investigating.
