And; To let us know that in every struggle and pain that we experience, whether it is big or not, we should all ask ourselves

Relevance to society and culture The relevance of this play to our society and culture is that it reflects the personality of every Filipino people, most especially the children, who are makasarili or self-centered. We always like to prioritize ourselves first before others because we always have this kind of pride that makes us who we are right now. But as the time that we learn to give something to others, we are now being a martyr person and we tend to sacrifice everything for that

person. This is why most of our friends tend to say Huwag mong gayahin si Rizal na nagpaka-martyr para sa bayan! or Huwang kang magpakabayani!
