Dancing is a rhythm of body movement to music that can be done by 3 ways such as individually, in pairs and in a group. Most teenagers like the types of dancing that would be with a fast tempo. Example : mambo, salsa, jazz, freestyle, rave, hip hop and funk and many more. Older people prefer dances with a slower tempo such as ballroom dancing, folk dancing, traditional dance and others. Indeed, dancing becomes a popular activity as it is for many other reasons.
In conclusion, there are many benefits of dancing eventhough it does not have same function in our modern life. Therefore, it is an activity that is worth trying out as many people think that dancing is an enjoyable form of entertainment and art since it will aspire to enhance ourselves physically, emotionally and socially.
