    Diagnosis: Skin, chest, biopsy: -Superficial baal cell carcinoma

    Bud-like growth of basaloid cells from the basal cells of the epidermis with skip areas. Peripheral palisading and retraction artefacts. Stroma is fibrotic. Ulceration absent.
