Traffic Accident Hagginwood - Sonoma Ave / Marysville Blvd While on patrol an officer observed a roll over vehicle collision. Two vehicles collided at the above intersection causing one of the vehicles to turn over and become fully engulfed in flames. The driver and solo occupant of the burning vehicle was able to exit the car on his own.

Suspicious Vehicle Robla - Bell Ave / Taylor St Officers responded to a report of a vehicle being driving by a subject in possession of a gun. The subject was eventually contacted by officers with the assistance of a witness in the area. The gun was determined to not be real (BB gun) and the subject was identified and sent on his way.

Subject Stop Old North Sacramento - Fairfield St / Altos Ave Officers attempted to contact a subject in the area when he fled on foot. A foot pursuit ensued and the subject was taken into custody a short while later for outstanding arrest warrants.

Traffic Stop Gardenland - Northgate Blvd/San Juan Road Officers conducted a traffic stop and the driver was found to be on searchable probation. A search of her vehicle revealed a prohibited weapon (billy club). Mellisa Fulmer, 19, was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail without incident for the weapon charge.

Sex Assault Report Erikson Industrial Park - 1400 block of Arden Way A male subject called into dispatch stating that he was sexually assaulted a few days prior. Investigation is in progress.

Assault Hagginwood - 3100 block of Marysville Blvd Police received several reports of a subject in a brown or green jeep wrangler or similar vehicle shooting at pedestrians and bicyclists with a BB or air soft gun. No injuries were received by the victims.

Traffic Stop Gardenland - Columbus Ave and Northgate Blvd Officers conducted a traffic stop and contacted Tina Provost and Robert Islas. Provost, 44, was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun and later booked into county jail on multiple gun related charges.

Stolen Vehicle Northpointe - 400 block of Claire Ave Alysha Turner, 23, was taken into custody for vehicle theft when officers contacted her in a stolen vehicle. Witnesses called in to report a suspicious vehicle parked in the area and officers responded to investigate. Turner and a male juvenile passenger were located inside the vehicle. The juvenile was taken home and Turner was booked into Sac County Main Jail.

Sexual Assault Erikson Industrial Park - Arden Way/Harvard St The male adult victim reported that he believed he was assaulted by a known subject a week prior. The victim did not wish to have an officer respond and made a report over the phone.

Reckless Discharge Swanston Estates - 2400 block of Cormorant Way Officers responded to a report of a subject who had just fired a gun and was still in the area. Upon arrival the air unit observed the subject discard the gun and the suspect was detained without incident by ground units. The handgun was recovered by officers and the suspect was booked for reckless discharge of a firearm.

Stolen Vehicle Glenwood Meadows - 100 block of Bell Ave Officers responded on a report of a stolen vehicle and it was located in the area of Alamos Ave and Clay Street less than an hour later. The vehicle was being driven by Greg Keomany, 27, who was taken into custody and booked without incident.

Subject Stop Gardenland - 400 block of Harding Ave Officers observed a suspicious subject loitering in the area. Upon contact with the subject it was learned that a second subject was hiding in the area and possibly armed with a gun. When additional officers arrived, the female subject reportedly hiding was located and found to be in possession of a replica handgun. Tammy Venegas, 41, was discovered to have multiple outstanding arrest warrants. Venegas was booked into Sacramento County Jail for her warrants without incident.

Perimeter Hagginwood - 1100 block of Congress Ave Officers attempted to locate a subject who fled from a vehicle on foot. A search for the suspect was done but he was unable to be located.

Burglary Robla - 100 block of Poinsettia Ct Officers responded to reports of prowling by multiple subjects who had jumped a residential fence into a back yard. Officers quickly arrived and set up a perimeter in the area. Shortly after officers arrived, it was believed that multiple subjects had committed a residential burglary in the area and were actively attempting to flee the scene. A K9 was used to search the area for the fleeing suspects. All four of the subjects were eventually taken into custody and property taken from the burglary was recovered. Nikita Kadatskiy, 18, was booked into the Sacramento Main Jail and the other three suspects were taken to Juvenile hall for multiple charges including resisting, burglary, and conspiracy.

Suspicious Activity East Del Paso Heights - Dayton St / Roanoke Ave A marked patrol unit was hailed by a witness regarding a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was a motor home towing what appeared to be a possible stolen generator. Officers arrived in the area to find the vehicle parked and went to make contact with subjects in the area. A short foot pursuit ensued, with one of the involved subjects, and he was quickly taken into custody. The large industrial generator being towed by the motor home was discovered to have been stolen from a neighboring jurisdiction earlier in the morning. Two subjects, one of which was the subject who initially ran, were taken into custody. Robert Kalb, 45, and Marty Woods, 43, were booked on theft charges at the Sacramento County Main Jail.

Traffic Stop Old North Sacramento - Bowles St / Oakmont St Officers conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver for possession of narcotics, paraphernalia and driving without a license. Lonnie Taylor, 20, was booked into jail without incident.

Suspicious Occupied Vehicle Old North Sacramento - 2500 block of Traction Ave Offices contacted a subject who was suspected of being in possession of narcotics. A probation search was done and narcotics were in fact located. Santos Peinado, 29, was booked for possession and driving on a suspended license.

Stolen Vehicle Point West - 1900 block of Arden Way Officers just stopped a motorcycle when the rider fled on foot. The officers ultimately took the suspect into custody and later found that the motorcycle was stolen. Ronald Beck, 48, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and for running from police.

Suspicious Subject Northgate - 100 block of Beecham Ct Officers did an attempt pick-up of a subject that had a felony warrant. One subject attempted to flee out the back window, but then retreated back inside after seeing officers in the backyard. The occupants were called out of the house and multiple people were detained. Parole-at-Large Aaron Arcusa, 44, was arrested and booked into county jail.

Suspicious Occupied Vehicle Hagginwood - 1400 block of Nogales St Officers made contact with a subject and later found him to be on parole. Sely Kethkeo, 37, was found to have ammunition in his vehicle. Kethkeo was arrested on violation of parole and felon in possession of ammunition.

Robbery Gardenland - 3200 Block of Northgate Boulevard Three suspects believed to be related to two other robberies (13-45388 and 13-45358) entered into a business and stole cash from an employee at gunpoint. The aggressive suspects took cash before fleeing on foot. Officers were already in the area and made it to the scene very quickly but the suspects were unable to be located. CSI responded to assist with the investigation.

Robbery Gardenland - 2600 block of Northgate Boulevard Three suspects robbed a liquor store at gunpoint. Two employees were physically assaulted by the suspects. The suspects stole cash and fled the store on foot. This incident appears to be related to (1345258). Multiple patrol resources were dedicated to the area in an attempt to locate the suspects. The suspects are described as male Hispanic adults in their 20s, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 140 to150 pounds.

Robbery East Del Paso Heights - 3800 block of Willow Street Three subjects entered into a restaurant and robbed the business at gunpoint. Two employees were physically assaulted by the suspects who stole cash. The suspects fled and were unable to be located by responding officers.

Robbery Old North Sacramento - 800 block of El Camino Ave Two suspects entered into a business and stole cash from an employee at gunpoint. The suspects are described as male Black adults approximately 6 feet tall. One had on a blue jacket and the other had a black jacket. A report was taken this investigation is ongoing.

Robbery Hagginwood - 3200 block of Marysville Blvd Officers responded to the area regarding a subject who took items from inside a convenience store and physically assaulted an employee. Officers were quick to arrive but the suspect had already fled. No injuries were reported. The suspect is described by a male Black adult, 5 feet 8 inches tall, wearing a black jacket and jeans.

Robbery Old North Sacramento - El Camino and Del Paso Blvd Officers were conducting a traffic stop when a victim approached them and said he was just robbed. The victim was approached by three black men. They surrounded and intimidated the victim then one subject went through the victims pockets and took his cash. The suspect that rummaged through the victims pockets was described as 5'6", average build, in his 50s wearing a white coat and dark beanie.

Shooting into Dwelling Richardson Village - 400 block of Arcade Blvd Officers responded to a report of a shots being fired into a house. Occupants were at home at the time, however no one was injured. CSI was requested for photos and a neighborhood canvas was conducted with negative results.

Arson Erikson Industrial Park - 1000 block of Arden Way Officers were dispatched to an arson call along with the fire department. The call stated that a subject was starting a fire in the bushes in front of a business. An officer arrived and while contacting the suspect he began to struggle with the officer. Assault Point West - 1600 block of Arden Way A security guard broke up a fight between two male juveniles. The guard was struck in the head and knocked to the ground during the scuffle. The juvenile suspect was detained by responding units and booked into juvenile hall. The guard sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The fight was believed to be gang related.

Assault Woodlake - 1000 block of Lochbrae Rd A victim reported that she and her friend Michael Littleton got into a fight and that he brandished a knife. Officers located Littleton, 31, and he was ultimately arrested and booked into county jail for assault, brandishing and parole violation.

Pursuit East Del Paso Heights - Roanoke/Astoria Officers attempted to conduct a vehicle stop and a pursuit ensued. The driver eventually stopped on Lily near Grand Avenue. A 17-year-old male driver was arrested and booked into juvenile hall.

Subject Stop Old North Sacramento - 2400 block of Del Paso Blvd Officers contacted two subjects seated in a vehicle at a gas station. The passenger attempted to discard a handgun during the contact. The officers were able to take both occupants into custody. The stolen loaded gun was recovered from under the car and subsequently a search of the inside of the car revealed a second loaded handgun under the passenger seat. Bejamin Baena, 21, and passenger Francisco Oliva, 20, were both arrested and booked on multiple gun charges.

Resisting South Hagginwood - Calvados Ave / Cantalier St Officers conducted a bicycle stop of a subject matching the description of a robbery suspect. The subject physically assaulted the officers pushing one to the ground and punching the other officer. The combative suspect continued to violently resist the officers' attempts to detain him and the CED was deployed. The officers received several non-life threaten injuries and it took multiple responding officers to eventually detain the violent combative suspect. The suspect was charged with violation of his probation, assault on a police officer, committing a felony while out on bail, and possession of narcotics paraphernalia. The suspect was transported to an area hospital to be treated for a non-life threatening injury sustained during the struggle with officers.

Robbery Hagginwood - 3000 block of Del Paso Blvd Officers responded to the area on a report of a robbery. The victim related that her ex-boyfriend took her purse and vandalized her vehicle. An outside agency was able to locate the suspect in a neighboring jurisdiction as he was taken into custody without incident.

The victim sustained non-life threatening injury that was treated at a local hospital. A report was taken and this investigation is ongoing.

Outside Agency Assist Arrest Del Paso Heights - 3900 block of Belden St Officers responded to assist a CDC parole agents with locating a suspect wanted for a violation of his parole. K9 was deployed when the suspect refused to surrender to officers after hiding inside a chicken coop. The suspect booked without further incident after being treated and released for minor non-life threatening injuries from the apprehension.

Disturbance South Hagginwood - 2900 block of Belden St A resident armed herself and went to investigate suspicious sounds in her back yard. The resident came upon a large breed dog that had gained access onto her property. When the dog confronted the resident she shot the it multiple times. Officers quickly arrived and an investigation ensued. Nothing appeared suspicious regarding the shooting and a report was taken.

Robbery Old North Sacramento - 2700 block of Rio Linda Blvd The victim had just parked her vehicle and was heading toward her apartment when a suspect approached. The suspect hit the victim knocking her to the ground, brandished a knife and demanded cash. The suspect then fled with the victim's money. The suspect was described as a black male in his 30s, 6'0", braided hair, thin muscular build. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and jeans.

Robbery Old North Sacramento - Del Paso Blvd / Forrest St The 72-year-old victim was walking to his home when he was pushed to the ground and assaulted by four suspects. The suspects stole property from the victim then fled. Officers checked the area and located someone possibly involved, but he ultimately eluded capture. The suspects were described as three black male adults and one white male adult.

Robbery Old North Sacramento - 1000 block of Del Paso Blvd Two suspects assaulted and robbed a victim of his wallet and cell phone. Both suspects fled on foot. An alert citizen saw the robbery and called into police dispatch. Both suspects ran into a residence in the 1200 block of El Monte and were later apprehended by police. The suspects were identified and the victim's property was recovered in the area. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Disturbance Richardson Village - Fairfield St/Las Palmas Ave Officers came upon two subjects in a public parking lot engaged in a verbal argument. As officers went to investigate them, one of the subjects was seen concealing a gun. The gun was located and both subjects were detained. The two subjects were discovered to be known to each other and arguing about an incident that occurred a week prior. Maurice Schaffer, 35, was taken into custody for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and booked into the Sacramento County Jail.

The victims wallet was taken and officers quickly arrived on scene. An outside agency was first to arrive and detained one of the suspects who was positively identified and arrested for robbery.

The subject attempted to flee but was quickly apprehended by officers as he retreated back into the residence. After the subject was detained he was identified and booked without further incident.

The victim was riding his bicycle when two suspects pushed him down and physically assaulted him. The suspects took the victims wallet and fled the area on foot. Officers quickly responded but the suspect had already fled the scene. Medical personnel were requested to the scene to assist the victim with minor non-life threatening injuries.

Assault South Hagginwood - 2600 block of Del Paso Blvd Officers responded to an assault call for service. The known suspect pointed a gun at the victim and officers quickly responded to the scene. The suspect was quickly located as he was returning home in his vehicle and the firearm was safely seized from his car. Randy Vineyard, 58, was taken into custody for assault with a deadly weapon, threats and possession of a concealed firearm in a vehicle.

The car eventually yielded and the driver was detained without incident. The vehicle was discovered to have recently been carjacked from a neighboring jurisdiction. The investigation was turned over the outside agency.

The suspect's description was broadcasted and he was ultimately located in the area. Victor Rodriguez, 24, was arrested and booked for robbery and multiple warrants.

Assault Old North Sacramento - 500 block of El Camino Ave A male victim heard noises in his back yard, went out to investigate and was confronted by a suspect. A fight ensued and the suspect pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed the victim in the upper body. The victim sustained minor injury from the attack. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male adult. Investigation is in progress.

Traffic Accident Noralto - 100 block of El Camino Ave Officers responded to a report of a vehicle accident involving a pedestrian. The 79-year-old female pedestrian died at the scene. Subject Stop Old North Sacramento - Traction Ave / Plaza Ave Officers contacted 44-year-old Anthony Davies. Davies was found to be on probation and a search of his nearby residence was conducted. Davies was ultimately arrested for outstanding warrants and possession of methamphetamine. Catherine Roberts, 52, was also contacted and arrested for possession of methamphetamine and outstanding warrants.

Traffic Accident Old North Sacramento - Grand Ave/Fig St Officers responded to a vehicle accident inside the city involving an outside agency patrol vehicle rear ending a vehicle. The officer was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

Robbery Northpointe - 100 block of Blue Leaf Ct Police responded to a report of a robbery. Two victims were hanging out at a park and were assaulted by two suspects. The suspect contacted the victims, demanded their property and ultimately pistol whipped both victims before taking a cell phone and property. One victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The suspects were described as Hispanic males in their early 20s wearing dark clothing both armed with handguns.

Traffic Accident Noralto - 100 block of El Camino Ave Officers responded to a two vehicle accident in which a passenger was pronounced deceased at the scene. A vehicle struck an SUV causing the SUV to hit a tree and spin which ejected the rear passenger. The SUV was occupied by four people, one of which died at the scene and two other occupants were transported with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the SUV was not injured. The driver of the suspect vehicle is at a local hospital and is in custody for DUI. Investigation is in progress.

Elder Abuse Robla - 100 block of Highgate Ct Officers responded to a domestic disturbance. The victim was involved in a physical altercation with his brother. The victims brother also physically assaulted their elderly father resulting in minor injuries that did not require medical treatment. The suspect fled the scene as offices were arriving and a report was taken.

Homicide West Del Paso Heights - 3700 block of Norwood Ave Sacramento Fire responded to reports of a structure fire at the above address. Upon arrival, firefighters found the apartment fully engulfed in flames. During their efforts to extinguish the flames, firefighters

located a male Hispanic in his 30s deceased inside the home. Police were immediately called and secured the scene. Homicide detectives were called out and this continues to be an active and ongoing investigation.
