Camp Writeup

Our Objectives of this camp is to allow every pupil in the Infocomm Club to:
1. work and know each other better as a Team and a Club.
2. To educate members on Photo/Video-Taking and Photo/Video-Editing.

General Rules and Regulations

1. Punctuality must be observed at all times during the camp.
2. Pupils must adhere strictly to the instructions given by the Camp EXCO.
3. Pupils are to report any accidents/injuries to any of the Camp EXCO.
4. Pupils are responsible for their own personal belongings including their electronic
devices, the club will not be responsible for the loss of these items.
5. During the camp, pupils should be with their groups at all times except during the
lights off period.
6. There should be no unsupervised and unnecessary boy-girl interaction in the
night.
7. Male/Female pupils shall not enter areas of the opposite sex.
8. At Night, the 3rd and 4th levels of the classroom and technical blocks are out of
bounds to all pupils.
9. Pupils going out of their classrooms at night shall inform their classroom leaders
prior to their leaving of the classrooms.

Station Games Logistics

Station 1 – Teamwork
Station IC: Wei Kiat and Jia Qi
Station Description: Untangling each other, which incorporates teamwork among
team members to get to the end point via tangling and untangling.
Points System:
By Timing: 1st grp:25pts , 2nd grp:20pts, 3rd grp:15 pts, 4th grp:10 pts 5th grp:5 pts
Logistics Required:
Venue: MR3 – reason: labs all have the squared boxes
Items Required: Squash Tape(spare also), papers indicating the no. of the box.

Station 2 – Charade
Station IC: Timothy See and Shao Lun
Station Description: A Team Member would go the front and be given a certain word
on a card in a category that they would have chosen, the students are supposed to
either act out the word, draw it or use words that do not have the word in it(card will
state which method to use). The station master then starts the timing to see how
many words that the grp can complete within the stipulated timing.
1 round: 10 Minutes
Points System:
By No. of words: 1st grp:25pts , 2nd grp:20pts, 3rd grp:15 pts, 4th grp:10 pts 5th grp:5

Logistics Required:
Venue: Back Concourse
Items Required: Whiteboard makers, 2 tables, words to be written on cards, the
words themselves.

Station 3 – Amazing Photos

Station IC: Shahul and Wei Yang
Station Description: Team would be provided with photos on places, the grp would
have to find the places and take a grp photo there within the stipulated timing 20
min.
Points System:
By Photos: 5 pts (max 30 points).
Penalty for coming back late(every minute late): -1 pts
Logistics Required:
Venue: The Oasis
Items required: Questions to be prepared on the places, Photos printed out on
paper, at least 2 digital cameras or handphone cameras?

Station 4 – Human Snakes and Strings

Station IC: Sathiq, Timothy and Kay Ann
Station Description: Basically, this station is similar to a quiz. If u answer a question
correct, you can roll the dice and move up and down the board.
Points System:
Finish the board = 40pts
Nvr Finish the board = the last number e person was on.
Logistics Required:
Venue: Comp Lab 3
Items required: Powerpoint presentation-Quiz Questions, 3-4 snakes, strings,
masking tape. Dices.

Station 5 – Jack and Jill went up the hill

Station IC: Wen Hao, Ke Han
Station Description: Basically, this station is to move a bucket of water out of a
circle using strings and teamwork.
Points System:
By Time Taken: 1st grp:25pts , 2nd grp:20pts, 3rd grp:15 pts, 4th grp:10 pts 5th grp:5
