Warm-Up
Focus on travelling through space and weight-bearing movements such as press-ups, half handstands, rolling into and out of the floor. Assignmovements a number and call as participants startwalking in space and then build to running. Addother moves that will encourage the group to movein a more grounded and physical manner.Introduce a range of qualities or sounds that willaffect the way they are moving to encourage them tovary dynamic response.

In 2’sDemonstrate in a circle with two people facing eachother, holding wrist-to-wrist, leaning back supportingeach other’s weight. See how far they can bendthrough the knees and come back to standingmaintaining straight arms and holding each other’sweight. Repeat with opposition single hands andback to back.Start back to back and see if by moving to touchshoulder to shoulder, partners can make a completecircle to where they started - back to back.

Manipulating Body Parts
In twos –
Mover and Manipulator 
Stand opposite a partner, one manipulates jointsand body parts and the other reacts by moving,leading with that part. Swap around.Repeat; as the mover reacts ask them to create asound that resembles how the body part mightsound when moving. Play with exaggerating thesesounds. Change roles.Repeat taking in turns, one move each, keeping thesounds going.
