you have issued to me have been returned by the bank for insufficient funds/account closed (Please see attached photocopies of said checks). You have failed to repay the amount despite my repeated requests for payment. Unless you pay the above amount in full within ten (10) days of the date of this letter, I will be forced to exercise whichever rights and remedies I have under the law to enforce such payment, including but not limited to institution of legal proceedings against you to recover the above amount, together with accrued interest and legal expenses.
