‫• ﺍﻷﻋـﺩﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺠﻴﺩ ﻫﻭ ﻤﻔﺘﺎﺡ ﺍﻟﺜﻘﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻬﺩﻭﺀ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻲ ‪.‬‬


‫• ﺍﻷﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺠﻴﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﻴﺨﺘﺯل ﺍﻟﺘﻭﺘﺭ ﺒﻨﺴﺒﺔ ‪ ، %75‬ﻭﻴﺅﺩﻱ ﺇﻟﻰ‬
‫ﺯﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﺤﺘﻤﺎﻻﺕ ﺘﺠﻨﺏ ﺍﻻﺨﻁﺎﺀ ﺒﻨﺴﺒﺔ ‪. %95‬‬

‫• ﺘﺫﻜﺭ ﺩﺍﺌﻤﺎﹰ ﺃﻥ ﻋﻤﻕ ﺍﻻﻗﻨﺎﻉ ﻴﻔﻀل ﻋﻥ ﻗﻭﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻁﻕ ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻥ‬

‫• ﺍﻷﻓﺭﺍﺩ ﺘﺘﺫﻜﺭ ﺍﻓﻀل ﻋﻨﺩﻤﺎ ﻴﺸﻌﺭﻭﺍ ﺒﺎﻟﻤﺘﻌﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻬﺩﻭﺀ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻲ ‪.‬‬

‫• ﺤـﺎﻭل ﺒﻨﺎﺀ ﻤﺼﺩﺍﻗﻴﺘﻙ ﻭﺨﻠﻕ ﺒﻴﺌﺔ ﻤﺭﻴﺤﺔ ﺁﻤﻨﺔ ﻟﻁﻼﺒﻙ ‪ ....‬ﺍﺒﺘﺴﻡ‬

‫• ﻻ ﺘﺒﺩﺃ ﺒﺎﻻﻋﺘﺫﺍﺭ ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﺒﺎﻟﻘﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻨﻜﺎﺕ ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﺒﺩﺃ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺩﺩ ‪.‬‬
